This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business. Job Description Carer Responsibilities: As a Carer, your duties will include: Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction to ensure clients' wellbeing Supporting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework Accompanying clients to appointments and shopping Assisting with personal care including bathing, showering, dressing and grooming What We Offer: Excellent pay rates – £13.00–£14.00 per hour, plus double time on Bank Holidays Part-time, flexible hours with minimum 1-hour calls Paid mileage and travel time Comprehensive paid training with genuine career development opportunities Employee assistance programme available 24/7 Exclusive discounts scheme and employee referral bonus programme Qualifications What We're Looking For: Think you've got what it takes? Brilliant! Here's the good news – no previous care experience necessary! We provide comprehensive training to all our care professionals, so if you're willing to learn, we're ready to teach. The essentials: A genuine passion for caring and the motivation to make a real difference in people's lives A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for getting to your clients) Willingness to undergo DBS enhanced disclosure (we take safeguarding seriously!)
