Job Description
With the growing demand for our outstanding services, we have vacancies for the right people to support our clients in East Devon and surrounding areas. You will be providing high-quality non-medical care, personal care, home help, and companionship, allowing clients to maintain independence in their own homes.
We offer various working patterns, welcoming applications from:
- Experienced care professionals in the healthcare sector
- Those new to care (fully funded, award-winning training is provided)

We are actively seeking car drivers (non-medical/home care) to join our team.
Responsibilities

- Provide homely, compassionate non-medical care, companionship, and practical support
- Assist clients with daily living activities in a respectful, dignified manner
- Take clients out and about in your own vehicle (covered by contract terms)
- Maintain rigorous safety, hygiene and professional standards
- Represent our company with integrity and a caring attitude
- Contribute to our outstanding patient experience via tailored care plans
Requirements
Skills & Attributes
Are you:
- Compassionate, reliable, and genuinely caring?

- Available for part-time or full-time employment?
Physical Requirements
- Fit to safely move and assist weighty individuals in a professional manner
- Satisfactory manual handling capabilities

Key Requirements
- Passionate about care and proactive about best practice
- UK-based, reliable transport via your own vehicle (note: reimbursement applies)
- Willing and able to undertake in-house training
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
