DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Join Bupa Aged Care and be at the heart of it in Clayton.

Our Clayton care home is set within a lively community 25kms from the CBD, surrounded by a hospital, supermarket, and schools. It consists of 155 beds, with a variety of care types. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle, and well-being of our residents.

What will you bring?

  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • A passion and energy for world-class care
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
