You are required to live in or around the areas below for this role:

  • Ipswich
  • Kesgrave
  • Woodbridge
  • Felixstowe

Pay:

  • £16.00 (Weekdays)
  • £17.00 (Evenings & Weekends) + Mileage paid between visits.

You don’t need a formal care background, just a caring nature. You might even have personal experience of caring for a loved one. We often find that people from Retail, Hospitality, Hairdressing, or Cleaning sectors have perfect transferable skills. Or you may be a HCA or Carer already and looking for a caring employer! Whatever you are doing right now, being part of our team is very likely more rewarding!

The Role:

We support mainly older adults in our local community, to live independently in their own homes. Your day might include:

  • Companionship - you might be the only person your client will see that day.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping to keep the environment tidy, safe, and comfortable.
  • Helping with routines and personal care.
  • Preparing meals or shopping.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or outings.

All we ask is that you:

  • Have a caring nature and want to help others.
  • Hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have your own vehicle.
  • Are reliable and can work an agreed pattern. That pattern is negotiable, and could be for example - weekends ONLY; weekends PLUS some evenings; every OTHER weekend PLUS some daytime visits; OR every OTHER weekend PLUS some evenings.
