CARERS & SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED — PORTSMOUTH
Immediate start | Guaranteed contracted hours | £13–£15 per hour
Golden Healthcare Solutions Limited is recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Carers and Support Workers to join our growing team in Portsmouth.

Essential requirement
- A valid driving licence is essential because the role requires travelling between service users and care locations.
Your responsibilities
- Providing respectful, person-centred care and support.
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting medication in accordance with care plans and training.
- Preparing meals and assisting with household activities.
- Promoting independence, dignity, wellbeing, and community participation.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns promptly.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and infection-control procedures.
Who we are looking for
- Kind, patient, and dependable individuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Flexibility to work agreed shifts, including weekends where required.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to complete DBS, reference, training, and other pre-employment checks.
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not always essential, as training may be provided.
