Caretaker/Cleaner Opportunity
Pinnacle Group is looking for a Caretaker/Cleaner to join our Facilities Management Team to maintain high standards of cleanliness of our residential sites based in White City.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact, and customer care.
Your Role
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents & visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Initial Contract: Temporary with the possibility of a permanent contract

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Vacuuming carpeted areas, including barrier matting
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures, and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including windows within easy reach
- Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & landings)
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
- Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins, and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap, and towels
- Deep, clinical, and reactive cleaning as required
Key Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important
- Ability to work to laid-down schedules
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Confirmation of appointment will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check
