Temporary Caretaker

£13ph
Vauxhall and City locations
Mid September dates needing cover

You’ll support the delivery of an excellent experience to their residents, team, and visitors. In addition, you’ll be proactive with your approach to use initiative and assist with resolving problems that occur by informing the Maintenance team and General Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas promptly.
  • Compacting large volumes of cardboard using the cardboard compactor (training will be provided).
  • Checking the car park and ensuring cars are parked in their designated bays.
  • Delivering excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Undertaking regular building patrols.
  • Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including:
    • Litter picking.
    • Sweeping the courtyard area
    • Ensuring the communal lounges, lift lobbies, and reception areas are kept clean.
    • Hoovering carpets
    • Washing floors
    • Cleaning any glass surfaces
    • Dusting all surfaces including skirting boards
    • Jet washing floors
