Caretaker
Contract Type: Permanent.
Pay Grade: Grade C3
Full Time Salary: £25,614
Actual Salary: £3,050.25
Hours: 5 hours per week over 40 working weeks per year. The working pattern is open to discussion.
Starting: As soon as possible.
We are seeking to appoint a friendly, professional caretaker to work within our school ensuring they are compliant, well maintained, safe and secure.

As part of this, ensuring they are learning in a clean, maintained and safe environment is key to them flourish in education.
We Are Looking To Appoint Someone Who
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Will ensure all children and staff feel safe, and able to learn and teach.
- Will create a safe, orderly and compliant learning environment
- Understands the importance of safeguarding even in roles that aren't working directly with the children
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
- Who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children and staff whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct.
- Who is prepared to undertake appropriate CPD to develop their skills including First Aid training, compliance and annual Safeguarding / Child Protection training.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.
