Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and successful school, working alongside a committed and talented team?
We are seeking to appoint a proactive, reliable, and highly motivated Caretaker who takes real pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our children, staff, and families.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our school buildings, grounds, and facilities are maintained to a high standard. Duties will include site security, general maintenance and repairs, health and safety checks, supporting contractors, porterage, and responding to day-to-day site issues.

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be conscientious and hardworking
- Have high standards and take pride in their work
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be able to carry out basic maintenance and have proven DIY and repair skills enabling maintenance tasks to be undertaken
- Be able to identify and prioritize their own workload, approaching all tasks with a “can do” attitude
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the whole site
- Be responsible for the day-to-day security of the site
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Be able to engage and manage external contractors
- Have excellent communication skills
