Salary £27,274 - £29,070

REQUIRED TO START: November 2026
Location: Old Church CE Primary School (WS10 8DL)
The Trustees are seeking to appoint a full time caretaker who is keen to work alongside staff and children at Old Church CE Primary School, in Darlaston.
You will be responsible for carrying out routine building and ground maintenance work and statutory compliance checks in accordance with health and safety regulations. Experience as a school caretaker is not required as full training will be given.
The Trustees are seeking to appoint an effective caretaker with:
- high standards for site maintenance and tidiness
- practical skills relevant to the role
- some knowledge of health and safety legislation
- excellent DIY skills and the ability to carry out minor repairs to the building and grounds
- integrity and professionalism
- proven levels of organization
- excellent interpersonal skills
