Part Time Caretaker
Location: Park Lodge, 251 Victoria Park Road, London E9 7BQ
Salary: £14.75 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments
- Complete general caretaking tasks, including:
- Basic repairs
- Cleaning
- Grounds maintenance
- Maintain and stock tools and equipment for use
- Record daily work accurately and update relevant stakeholders as needed
- Spot maintenance issues early to keep the environment safe and report them

Requirements
Experience and skills to succeed include:
- Proven experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role
- Ability to identify and carry out minor repairs
- Understanding of basic health and safety standards
- Practical experience using hand tools and light machinery
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
