Caretaker Streatham (Streatham SW16) (50hrs/wk) Immediate Start Dates

Job Description: As the Caretaker you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the building and its grounds. In your role you will be the main point of contact for residents and contractors. Duties required will include:

  • Conducting regular site inspections of the development.
  • General cleaning of the communal parts of the building and its grounds this includes spot cleaning of the carpet.
  • Painting and decorating
  • To ensure that incidents are reported and recorded wherever they occur within the site.
  • Complete required shift reports
  • To ensure that visual checks are carried out across the site to prevent any loitering, thefts, trespassing of any kind and reporting any such suspected activities.
  • Ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development. What we’re looking for: – A great attitude & ability to work using initiative – Previous experience as a caretaker or cleaner – Strong communication skills & customer service skills – Assertive characteristics – Presentable personal appearance You will need:

– Photographic proof of ID – Proof of right to work within the UK – Able to provide a 5-year minimum checkable history – We pay monthly, and all staff are paid by the company’s payroll system.
