Salary - £26,786 - £27,217 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, 52.14 weeks.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Caretaker to be responsible for the day-to-day security, safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance of the school. This role is varied and includes all aspects of premises management. There is an element of lone working in this role. Please see the job description attached for the full details.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week (split shift over 5 days) to be shared across both Junior and Infant Schools, times to be negotiated at interview.

The Successful Candidate Will
- Have experience in DIY or grounds projects preferred
- Be a valued team member
- Be able to use own initiative
- Adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
- Possess a good standard of education (e.g., GCSE in Maths and English 5/C+ or above) or equivalent
- Have good timekeeping
As with all staff, you will understand the importance of promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in accordance with the school's safeguarding and child protection policy.
