Description
- Lead high-value, complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature and long-term expansion.
- Engage executive decision-makers, challenge traditional thinking, and help customers understand how modern CareTech solutions can transform care delivery across multi-site organisations.
- Become a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, Finance Directors, Operations Directors, and Clinical leaders, building compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable operational, financial, and care-quality benefits.
- Winning and developing strategic national accounts across the care sector.
- Building senior relationships with C-suite leaders and Board-level stakeholders.
- Leading solution-led sales engagements, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Developing compelling commercial and ROI-based business cases.
- Managing tenders, pilots, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
- Driving adoption and growth opportunities across multi-site organisations.
- Representing the business at industry events and within influential customer networks.
- Contributing to wider commercial strategy as the UK business continues to scale.
Profile
This role requires a highly credible, commercially driven sales professional with the presence, charisma, and communication skills to engage confidently at Board level.

We are specifically seeking individuals who have successfully sold medical technology, medical devices, clinical solutions, healthcare technology, or similarly complex healthcare products into senior decision-makers.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover challenges and develop tailored value propositions.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving pilots, tenders, procurement teams, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate financial, operational, and clinical return on investment.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
