Cargo Charter Broker

London | £32,500-£45,000+ DOE | 10% Uncapped Commission | Hybrid

TARCG is recruiting a Cargo Charter Broker to join a growing aviation charter business based in central London.

The cargo division is performing strongly and, as part of its continued expansion, the business is looking to add another commercially driven broker to the team. The opportunity can accommodate either a developing broker with relevant industry experience or a more established senior professional.

The Role

You will support and manage cargo charter requirements from initial enquiry through to successful flight completion, working directly with clients, aircraft operators, and suppliers. Depending on your experience, you will take increasing ownership of:

  • Managing cargo charter enquiries from initial requirement through to completion.
  • Aircraft sourcing, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating complex and time-critical charter movements.
  • Developing strong relationships with operators and suppliers.
  • Monitoring aircraft availability, market pricing, and commercial opportunities.
  • Supporting clients throughout the operational lifecycle of each charter.
  • Representing the business at client meetings, sales trips, and international industry events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
