The Role
As a Joiner, you’ll work on a variety of projects, including commercial shopfitting and custom domestic builds. Your responsibilities will include:
- High-quality joinery for diverse projects.
- Working with a skilled team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carpentry/joinery (shopfitting experience is a plus).
- Reading plans and basic hand and power tools are essential (many other tools will be provided).
- Attention to detail and the ability to do many different jobs.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
