C and C Contractors Ltd, established in 2019, is a specialist carpentry company serving a wide range of residential and commercial projects. The company provides a complete range of carpentry services, including complex hand-cut roofs, joists, stairs, first and second fix and cladding.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter and Joiner role based in Grantham. The Carpenter and Joiner will carry out a variety of carpentry tasks, including constructing and installing hand-cut roofs, framing, joists, staircases, doors, skirting, architraves, and other first and second fix elements.

- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Assembling and fitting structural and finishing components
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience with framing and structural work.
- Experience in finish carpentry, including accurate installation of doors, trim, and other detailed joinery.
- Competent in fitting roof trusses, joists, stud work, and stairs.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in carpentry or joinery, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of site health and safety practices; CSCS card is required.
