Concierge Group is hiring: Carpenter | General Builder | Multi Trade
We're expanding our team of skilled tradespeople and are currently looking for experienced Carpenters, General Builders, and Multi Trade professionals to join us, based in Buckinghamshire.
Concierge Group delivers property maintenance, renovation, and building projects across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties, working on everything from handyman jobs to full-scale developments. We're known for the quality and reliability of our craftsmanship, and we're looking for tradespeople who share that same standard of care and precision in their work.

- Experienced Carpenters with a strong eye for detail and finish
- General Builders comfortable across a range of construction tasks
- Multi Trade professionals confident working independently across disciplines
- A reliable, professional approach and pride in a job well done
Skills:
- Strong practical skills and experience in Carpentry, including first and second fix work.
- Proficient use of Hand Tools for detailed joinery and on-site carpentry tasks.
- Confident and safe operation of Power Tools in residential construction environments.
- Experience with Framing and structural carpentry for extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.
- Expertise in Finish Carpentry, including high-quality trims, doors, flooring, and bespoke fittings.
- Previous experience in high-end residential or heritage projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications and work to precise measurements.
- Good awareness of health and safety practices and site standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a professional, client-focused attitude.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in carpentry or general building is preferred.
