This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Kingston upon Thames. The Carpenter will work on bathroom installations and interior renovation projects, including constructing, fitting, and repairing frameworks, fixtures, and bespoke finishes.
Typical tasks include:
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Building and installing cabinets and storage units
- Fitting doors, skirting boards, and other trim
- Ensuring all carpentry work aligns with design specifications and quality standards
The role involves daily use of hand tools and power tools, collaborating with other trades such as plumbers and electricians, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The Carpenter will also read and interpret drawings, support site preparation, and assist with project completion and snagging to deliver high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience with framing and finish carpentry in residential refurbishments.
- Proficient use of hand tools and power tools, with a focus on safe operation and proper maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Experience working on bathroom installations, interior renovations, or similar construction projects.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work on-site as part of a team, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively.
- Relevant trade qualification, apprenticeship, or demonstrable experience as a Carpenter.
- Understanding of basic health and safety practices on construction sites.
