Job Description
Fourply are seeking an experienced, time served Joiner to carry out and deliver minor works and mainly internal joinery finishing work for our existing clients and steadily expanding order book.
Responsibilities
JOB ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in dealing with work orders
- Show initiative and self-discipline to see works through to a satisfactory completion
- Initiative to make decisions and resolve problems encountered on site
- Commitment for short notice requests and overtime working
- Demonstrate compliance with Company quality standards

- Reliable and self-motivated individual who works well within a team
- Professional conduct required with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work methodically, efficiently and accurately in a busy environment
- Willingness to accept responsibility, ownership and control of a variety of situations
Attainments & Experience
- Full & clean UK driving licence
- Time served and qualified in Carpentry & Joinery
- Basic understanding in other trades would be beneficial

Benefits
£45,000+ per annum. 39 hour working week plus regional travel and occasional overtime (overtime rewarded with time & half/double time).
This is an immediate requirement with enhanced rates possible on proven output and development over time.
Company benefits include pension, life with accident cover, company van (fully serviced with fuel card) and 31 days paid holidays.
