Role Description
Carpenters at Wells Carpentry Ltd will perform a variety of on-site carpentry tasks, including framing, installation, and finish work on residential and commercial projects in Maidstone. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Carpenters will collaborate with other team members, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all health and safety guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role in Maidstone, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Strong core carpentry skills, including structural work and general construction carpentry.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, with a focus on safe and efficient operation.
- Experience in framing and related tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling wood structures.
- Ability to perform finish carpentry, including trim, doors, and detailed interior work.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or basic plans and follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work safely on active job sites.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial carpentry; apprenticeship or relevant trade qualification is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to and from south east Kent and London job sites and willingness to work full time on site.
