Company Description
Evidentia & Co. is a professional investigation firm working with solicitors, insurers, businesses, and private clients. We're looking for an organised, discreet, and reliable Case Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our surveillance casework, remotely.
This is a trusted role at the centre of the business. You'll be the point of continuity on our surveillance cases, keeping records accurate, communications prompt, and operations running smoothly from instruction through to closure.

- Providing day-to-day administrative support across surveillance cases
- Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Managing and replying to emails and correspondence
- Keeping detailed, accurate case records from start to finish
- Preparing and compiling reports
- General administrative duties as required to keep the office running
What we're looking for
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft 365 / general office software
- Able to work independently and manage your own time remotely
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information - this is essential given the nature of our work

Details
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Salary: £25k - £30k pro-rata
- Fully remote - you must be based in and have the right to work in the UK
