About Epta

Join the Epta case clean department as a case clean coordinator and play a key role in supporting the team. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment working alongside like-minded colleagues in an environment that values ideas and supports others.

This exciting role is based in our Bradford office and offers hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) upon completion of training period. Weekly hours are 37.5 which are flexible.

Your Contribution (Job description)

The ideal candidate will carry out a multitude of tasks relating to supplying our case clean and ppm teams with full administrative support. A positive and proactive approach is required with a willingness to learn the role in full and adapt to customer’s needs.

You will report directly to the Case Clean Support Manager.

In addition to the below, you will be required to carry out any general duties outlined by your manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for contacting stores via telephone to confirm attendance and outline expectations regarding works to be carried out upon our arrival.
  • Documenting call logs both internally and also on the customers portals.
  • Raise appropriate works upon our internal platform and dispatch on a daily basis to the appropriate staff.
  • Dispatch customers work order information on a daily basis over to the appropriate staff.
  • Providing support alongside the case clean support manager and planner in relation to any real-time work changes.
  • Upload all audits and other relevant work sheet information both internally and to the customers portals.
  • Arrange appropriate permits where required for our customers sites.

Your Journey (qualifications & skills)

You have a strong and proactive approach, be open to change and adapt to the customers needs as required. Have the ability to work well in a small and focused team as well as independently. Show initiative and have strong communication skills.

Additionally, you should bring:

  • IT: Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Professional telephone manner and etiquette.
  • SAP / Salesforce experience preferable.
