Cambridgeshire Constabulary Police Staff Permanent Full Time Investigations Standards Agile, Chord Park Scale 5 £30,333 37

I’m delighted to share that we are currently recruiting for a Case File Coordinator within our Case File Standards and Support Unit. This is a genuinely rewarding time to pursue a career in the Criminal Justice sector, and this role places you right at the heart of communication between policing and our criminal justice partners.

About the Role

As a Case File Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in championing the interests of victims and witnesses, while also supporting the process of bringing offenders to justice. The position is primarily agile-based, offering flexibility in your working arrangements, though there will be occasions when you’ll need to attend one of the police sites within Cambridgeshire.

Your responsibility in ensuring case file material is accessible to our criminal justice partners is absolutely vital, helping to make effective use of court time and achieving the earliest possible resolution for victims of crime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Championing the interests of victims and witnesses.
  • Supporting the process of bringing offenders to justice.
  • Ensuring case file material is accessible to our criminal justice partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
