About the team
The Case Examiner Coordination and Administration Team supports the Case Examiners (CE), by producing and sending customer service updates and case examiner decision letters by secure email, including decisions letters, recommendations, or further investigation. They are further responsible for updating the NMC register and progressing cases through the case management system. Our role is to support excellent standards of customer care by demonstrating efficiency, engagement, technical proficiency, and whilst holding a good eye for detail.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that supports, embraces, and demonstrates the key values of the NMC. The successful postholder will join CE business unit and provide a comprehensive coordination support to the extension mailbox service whilst working alongside the business manager, the coordination team, and the administration team. You will coordinate your work to prioritise the extensions and submissions mailbox and ensure that all requests, queries, and submissions are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. You are further expected to support with case management and drafting expectations in times of required need.

About you
You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritise your own workload and experience of working in an office environment and as a team. You will be able to work with a wide variety of people at all levels and have an understanding and appreciation of interacting with key stakeholders. You will have a focused approach to delivering results and a proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks. You will demonstrate excellent IT skills and pay close attention to detail in all your work to ensure its accuracy. You will be committed to working collaboratively as part of a busy and fast-paced team and demonstrate excellent communication and collaborative skills.

- London: £30,587 - £33,985
- Edinburgh: £28,445 - £31,606
