Case Handler
Location: Remote
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 + Training
Working Pattern: Full-time
Experience: Trainee / Entry Level
About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Case Handler to join a growing team in Birmingham. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in customer service, administration, insurance, financial services, or case management.
Full training will be provided, making this suitable for candidates without previous case-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
- Review information and supporting documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate case records and update internal systems
- Follow established procedures and service standards
- Identify issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Provide customers with regular updates on case progress
About You
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using computers and internal systems
- Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Previous administration, customer service, or case-handling experience is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to learn and complete training
