Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Location
Based in Crisis Skylight London, E1 at least three days per week. There is homeworking in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy. During the operation of Crisis at Christmas (end of December to mid-January each year) the role will be undertaken across our Crisis at Christmas hotels all over London.
Hours
Full time, 35 hours per week. You will need to be available to work over the Christmas period and on Bank Holidays with time of in lieu given in accordance with Crisis’ TOIL policy.
About The Role
The Christmas Case Management Team Administrator is a varied and fulfilling role. You will support the team by providing efficient and effective administration and co-ordination of support to the Christmas Case Management Team and members. With the support of the Christmas Case Management Team Manager, you will assist with reporting requirements of the service and help to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. About The Service
The Christmas Case Management Team works within the Crisis at Christmas hotels to support guests to resolve their homelessness. The Christmas hotels operate at the end of December through to mid-January and are based across London as such some travel is required during this period. During this time the team work which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as necessary.
After Christmas the team operate an outreach-based model and visit members across London. When not visiting members, the team are primarily based at Crisis Skylight London in Tower Hamlets but may spend time at our other London skylights in Brent and Croydon. Support is offered to Christmas guests who were met during the Crisis at Christmas provision as well as new members who are referred in by partner services.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience of providing administrative support including general office duties and maintaining accurate records. The ability to deal tactfully, calmly and effectively with a wide range of people, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel in particular.
