Experienced Case Manager – Catastrophic Injury

Location

Home-based with regional travel to visit clients

Hours

Full time | Mon - Fri | 37.5 hrs/week

Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Compass Associates is proud to be working with one of the UK's leading independent case management providers to recruit an experienced Case Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to support clients with catastrophic and complex injuries, predominantly acquired brain, spinal and other life-changing injuries across adult and paediatric populations.

You will manage rehabilitation programmes, coordinate complex care packages, undertake Immediate Needs Assessments and work closely with clients, families, solicitors and multidisciplinary teams. The role is approximately 50% client-facing and 50% report writing, with opportunities to contribute to wider service development and business growth.

Location

This is a fully home-based role, with no requirement to attend an office. Candidates will be expected to travel regionally to meet with clients and other key stakeholders as required.

Key areas of interest include Yorkshire, the North West, Essex, Suffolk and the Midlands, although candidates from other regions will also be considered.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Social Worker or another relevant clinical discipline
  • Current professional registration (NMC, HCPC, SWE)
  • Minimum of two years' post-registration experience managing complex or catastrophic injury cases
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
