CCMS is an award-winning case management service with a CQC Outstanding rating, specialising in the rehabilitation of adults and children following brain injury, spinal injury and other catastrophic injuries.

As a Case Manager, you will work closely with clients and their families to assess rehabilitation needs, commission services, and lead multidisciplinary teams. You will coordinate and oversee rehabilitation programmes, ensuring clients receive the highest quality support within their communities, enabling them to achieve their optimum level of independence and quality of life.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an experienced clinician, you'll use your clinical skills and manage your own caseload of clients. The organisation supports clients in the North East and Yorkshire who have acquired a brain injury, spinal injury or life-changing physical disabilities due to an accident or a birth injury.

  • You'll implement a rehabilitation package and continually review and assess it, to ensure that it continues to meet the client's needs.
  • Most clients are involved in a medico-legal process and you'll support their case through accurate report writing and continual re-assessment.
  • You'll be able to put into place bespoke equipment, vehicles, holidays etc. that will benefit the clients health and emotional needs.
  • You'll work within a Multi-disciplinary team consisting of nurses, OT's, Social Workers and Physiotherapists and be able to share knowledge and experiences with others in the office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
