What we offer
An opportunity to be a founding member of the team at our new Ringwood office, in a supportive and flexible working environment where you will have the ability to further your career aspirations. Our benefits package includes:
- A generous base salary of between £30K and £40K dependent on experience
- A bonus for every 5-star review
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- £100 per month HEKA wellbeing allowance
What will you do?
As a Case Manager, you will own your clients' cases from their initial enquiry through to completion. As well as providing administrative and legal support, your job is to provide an exceptional level of customer support at every step, so that every client finishes their case feeling cared for and ready to leave us a 5-star review.
You'll be dealing with clients that are losing their jobs either due to redundancy or a dispute with their employer. You'll be holding their hand through this difficult and stressful time so that they feel cared for and supported, and so that we can make a bad situation the best it can be for them. You can make the difference between a client leaving their job feeling optimistic about the future, rather than defeated.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
