About Us

At Bridge Help we’re a fast-growing bridging finance lender dedicated to providing flexible, fast, and dependable funding solutions for property investors and developers across the UK. Our business continues to expand, and we’re now looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Case Manager to join our friendly and dynamic team in a varied and rewarding role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with an interest in property, finance, or lending who’s ready to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our deals moving, supporting the underwriting and marketing teams, and helping deliver the exceptional service Bridge Help is known for.

The Role

You’ll provide a mix of administrative, marketing, and case-management support, working closely with our underwriting, sales, and operations teams. No two days are the same, from managing loan documentation to assisting with marketing campaigns and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Admin & Case Management

  • Proactively follow up on application forms, identification documents, and any missing details to ensure smooth progress through underwriting.
  • Coordinate and manage valuation quote requests and confirmations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update key internal trackers, including deal completions, lost opportunities, and borrower data to support accurate reporting and insights.
  • Keep internal systems up to date, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
  • Support the management of NACFB membership changes and broker panel updates to keep partner information current.
  • Assist the underwriting team with meeting preparation, document organisation, and general administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
