Do you want a role where you can make a difference to people who are or have been homeless?

Whether it’s due to homelessness or poor mental health, the number of people experiencing a crisis is on the rise. Connection Support believes in a future where people are free from crisis. But for the times when crises do happen, we’ll be there to help every step of the way.

Does this sound like something you want to be a part of?

We are currently recruiting a Case Worker to join our Adult Homeless Pathway team in Oxfordshire, which provides support to homeless people over the age of 18.

The impact you will have

You will encourage people to develop their skills around debts, budgeting, social isolation, food, and other basic essentials, which enables them to gain and maintain their own accommodation, build networks and support them to live independently.

Every day is different, one day you could support someone to access vital health or support services, support someone in crisis, access educational or training opportunities, develop connections, the list is endless.

By listening to people’s dreams and aspirations and supporting them to achieve their goals, you will make a significant difference to someone’s life and help drive real change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
