The salary of £39,163 (basic salary £35,663) includes a non-pensionable Recruitment & Retention Allowance of £3,500.

About the Role
As a Casework Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, support and continuous improvement of Casework applications built using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Working within a multidisciplinary delivery team, you will design, develop and support solutions that meet user needs while ensuring high standards of quality, security and maintainability. You will contribute to the delivery of business-critical services, help shape development standards and best practices, and provide support and guidance to junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Casework applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies to meet user and business needs.
- Write clean, secure and well-tested code in line with modern development standards and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, processes and technical guidance within the team.
- Support the operation of live Casework services, identifying and resolving issues within production environments.
