Salary & Bonuses
- Base Salary: £35,766.10 per annum
- Joining Bonus: £1,000 (if you hold a valid CVIT SIA Licence)
- Additional Pay: Paid overtime and company bonus scheme
Working Conditions
- Hours: 45 hours per week, across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks)
- Shift Timings: Shifts between 4:20am and 8:00pm, with weekend work on arota basis
About the Role
As a Cash in Transit Officer, you’ll:
- Support secure cash transport between locations
- Help maintain smooth service delivery while minimising operational risks
- Switch duties between driving and courier tasks, both independently and alongside a partner.
Main Responsibilities
- Work alone or with a partner, fulfilling driver or courier roles as required.
- Securely transport and distribute cash to ATM machines.
- Adhere to company processes and documentation for operational compliance.
- Drive and park company vehicles safely and responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership to address issues promptly.

Key Requirements
- Ability to provide a 10-year continuous employment and education history (cover any gaps).
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
- CVIT SIA Licence (desirable; joining bonus available if already held).
- Conscientious driving with full adherence to the Highway Code.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Screening Process
All shortlisted candidates must:
- Provide a 10-year traceable work and education history.
- Undergo a criminal background and credit check.

- 26 days annual leave (4-day pattern) or 32 days (5-day pattern).
