Job Description
As the Cash Office Responsible, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
- Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required
- Processing and banking daily sales
- Inputting payroll
- Taking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operations
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Overseeing store operations
- Replenishment
- Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers

Previous experience in retail has given you a good understanding of store operations and customer service best practices.
- English language skills (Preferable but not mandatory)
- Experience handling administrative tasks such as cash handling, scheduling, and filing
- Team leadership: Some experience in organising and guiding teams—ideally in a retail setting—to deliver great service and complete tasks efficiently.
Additional Information
