Role Overview:

Applicants must be 18 or over.

We are looking for a Cash Office Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. This role is key to ensuring that all financial transactions across the resort are processed accurately and securely. If you have a strong attention to detail, are highly organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately count and reconcile daily takings from various outlets across the resort.
  • Maintain security and control of cash, including safe and float management.
  • Ensure timely banking of all cash.
  • Process payments and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Assist with resolving any discrepancies or errors related to cash handling.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports for audits and internal reviews.
  • Liaise with department managers and supervisors regarding cash discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to cash handling and security.
  • Work closely with our brand partners (OCS, Aramark, Venu+ & HBL)

About You:

  • Previous experience in a cash handling or finance role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Weekday working hours only (Monday – Friday)
  • Full-time working 5 days a week
