What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Cashdesk Manager to be responsible for overseeing all operations of the casino’s cashdesk, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all financial transactions. This role manages cashiers and supervisors, enforces internal control procedures, maintains compliance with gaming regulations, and ensures efficient customer service for guests and employees.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the cashdesk, ensuring all monetary transactions are completed accurately, securely, and in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate cashiers, supervisors, and count team personnel to maintain high performance and compliance standards.
- Monitor and reconcile all cashdesk, cash and electronic transactions including buy-ins, payouts and chip exchanges.
- Ensure all currency, coin, chips, and documents are properly secured, logged, and balanced throughout and at the end of each shift.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and compliant cashdesk operations.
- Coordinate with Surveillance to investigate variances, discrepancies, or suspicious activities.
- Prepare and review financial and operational reports, including daily cash summaries, variances, and audit findings.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable gaming, anti-money laundering (AML), and Safer Gambling legislation.
- Promote excellent guest service while ensuring compliance with all gaming and financial laws.
- Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal investigations as required.
- Manage staffing levels, hiring, and performance management for cage personnel.
- To be the subject matter expert on cashdesk procedures and to be able to advise casino Management and cashiers in all aspects of procedures and working practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK
This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.
Cashdesk Managers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
