Overview
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our retail location by managing transactions and providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean and organised.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
- Manage returns and exchanges while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
