Overview

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at our retail location by managing transactions and providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure the checkout area is clean and organised.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
  • Manage returns and exchanges while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
