- Handle customer transactions accurately using our POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier's counter
- Process payments (cash, card, etc.) and ensure proper handling of cash drawers
- Balance the till at the end of the shift
- Help with general duties around the shop floor when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Eligible to work in the UK (provide passport or right-to-work details)
