Job Overview
IIQAF Group is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our hospitality team in London. The successful candidate will manage cash handling, point-of-sale operations, guest transactions, and financial record-keeping while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, receipts, and financial transactions responsibly
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily cash reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest interaction
- Resolve billing discrepancies and guest inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with hospitality financial policies and data security
- Assist with front-of-house operations during peak periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Hospitality Cashier, or Front-of-House Operator
- Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional and courteous guest service orientation
