Temporary Legal Cashier | Remote | £16 per Hour | Immediate Start
Immediate Start Required
We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Legal Cashier to join a well-established law firm on an ongoing temporary assignment running until the end of December. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal finance professional looking for a fully remote role with a quick start.
Location: Remote (with 2-3 days in the Liverpool Street office for handover and training)
Pay Rate: £16 per hour
Contract: Temporary until the end of December
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
Working within the Finance team, you'll support the cashiering function and assist with a variety of legal accounting duties, including:
- Processing office account CHAPS & BACS payments
- Processing supplier invoices for approval and payment
- Supporting daily cashiering activities and meeting key deadlines
- Assisting with accounting queries and requests
- Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
- Providing support to the wider finance team as required
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier or within Legal Accounts is essential
- Strong understanding of legal accounting processes and SRA Accounts Rules
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
