Your role as a Team Member is to feed people's lives with Más. You'll feed customers with great-tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! You're a representation of the brand in everything you do.
Looking for a schedule that gets your workday started early? We’re currently looking for Team Members with morning and daytime availability to help us serve our guests and keep our restaurant running strong throughout the day. Exact shifts vary by restaurant, with scheduling options based on each location's needs.

- A commitment to providing great service to every guest
- Reliability and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs you
Team Member Responsibilities:
Food Champion
- Prepare food ingredients
- Assemble food orders and check to make sure orders are correct
- Package products
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions
Service Champion
- Greet customers in the restaurant
- Take orders
- Handle payments and thank customers
- Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions
