  • Perform cashier and counter duties, processing high-value cash, card, and bank transfer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Execute buy and sell transactions for physical precious metals and bullion, applying live pricing and internal procedures
  • Process online bullion orders, ensuring accurate pricing, payment confirmation, and order validation
  • Coordinate order fulfilment and distribution, including:
    • Preparing metals for client collection or secure delivery
    • Liaising with internal operations, vaulting, and approved logistics partners
    • Ensuring all packaging, documentation, and dispatch procedures meet security standards
  • Verify, count, and reconcile cash and physical metal holdings on a daily basis
  • Issue transaction confirmations, invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Perform customer due diligence (CDD) in line with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, escalating cases requiring enhanced due diligence (EDD) in accordance with internal procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to security protocols for handling physical metals and high-value assets
  • Support daily reconciliations, audit trails, and internal reporting requirements

Proven cashier experience is essential, ideally gained within bullion, private banking, FX, wealth management, or other high-value transactional environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
