Position: Casino Service Manager
Salary: Competitive
Location: Various - This role is field based and will involve travel to different venues.
A Full clean driving license is required for this position.
We have an opportunity for a Casino Service Manager to join our team overseeing and supporting a team of Casino Service Technicians to allow them to support the efficient running of the Merkur Casino estate.
You will work closely with the Head of Service/Head of Product to resolve issues in casinos and support where possible across other areas of the Merkur estate.

About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills
- A tenacious approach with focus and determination to get the job done effectively.
- Full and Clean Driver’s License
- Flexibility – There will be some overnight stay required.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good time management.
- Proven experience of working within a relevant industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred experience in basic networking protocols.
- Good keyboard skills and intermediate level PC skills including excel.
- Ability to learn new techniques and skills.
- Willingness to travel and work from any required location within operational area.
- Experience leading a team.

As a Casino Service Manager, you will:
- Ensure all Casino Service Technicians meet the projected targets relating to the key criteria and monthly reviews are consistently maintained.
- Co-ordinate the Casino Service Technician team to provide service on all gaming & ancillary equipment within the operational area.
- Ensure that all service calls and maintenance works are completed within the specified machine priority and time frames by the Casino Service Technicians. Ensure that all technical updates are completed within specified time frames.
- Assist with gaming machine installations and removals when required.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Head of Service, reporting any technical issues with equipment that could escalate to an emergency change over (ECO).
- Attend technical training courses from third party manufacturers and suppliers.
- Ensure service cover is adequately provided to existing, and any new venue within the Merkur estate.
- Support other departments within the company if requested by line manager.
- Manage the key policy issued to the Service Technicians.
- Ensure all Company equipment is maintained in a good condition and properly accounted for.
- Provide, and if necessary, create all relevant reports to the Head of Service on performance of the Casino Service Technicians operating within your area.
- Attend and conduct meetings as and when required.
