We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).
As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard client money and custody assets, strengthen our control environment, and provide practical guidance on CASS requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Designing, developing, and executing robust testing frameworks to ensure compliance with FCA CASS regulations
- Interpreting and implementing CASS regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvements to our governance and control framework
- Ensuring systems, processes, and controls remain robust, scalable, and compliant while enabling the business to innovate
- Maintaining and regularly updating our CASS Resolution Pack
- Coordinating and managing internal and external CASS audits, reviews, and regulatory assessments
- Monitoring changes to CASS rules and assessing their impact on our processes and controls
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with CASS 6–8 requirements

What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator
- Solid knowledge of CASS 6–10
- An understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to client asset protection and reconciliations
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise
Nice to have
- A professional certificate/diploma in compliance or CASS
- A degree in economics or finance
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support reconciliation processes and compliance reporting
- Exposure to regulatory audits and interaction with regulatory bodies
