CASS Manager / Specialist

| £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus | London | Permanent | Hybrid

We’re looking for a hands-on CASS specialist to help build the client assets framework for a growing financial markets business. You’ll take ownership of CASS processes, client money oversight and regulatory readiness, working closely with Compliance, Operations and senior management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining the firm's CASS framework, policies, controls and procedures.
  • Overseeing client money calculations, reconciliations, segregation and collateral arrangements.
  • Managing CASS breaches, audit requirements, regulatory evidence and ongoing control improvements.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–8+ years’ experience in CASS within an investment firm, broker, exchange or financial markets environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of FCA CASS requirements, particularly CASS 6 and CASS 7.
  • Experience overseeing client money processes, reconciliations, controls and regulatory documentation.
