Casting Researcher Wanted: New Factual Podcast
Mosaic Films is developing a new podcast series built on personal testimony: intimate, first-person stories.
We need a researcher to find them.
You'll have cast for factual TV or podcasts and know how to find contributors with complex personal stories: through charities, support groups, online communities, and the long patient conversations that get someone from "maybe" to "yes". You'll be good at earning trust, careful with people's stories, and comfortable with duty-of-care processes.

- Freelance, 4 weeks initially (or part time for longer), with a possible extension
