Responsibilities
Administrator
Casual Grade 4
Under instruction and following appropriate training:
- Respond to stakeholder queries, solving routine problems to meet requirements
- Provide advice to stakeholders on standard or routine queries
- Plan work activities as part of a team to meet objectives
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers, contractors or specialists to ensure smooth service delivery
- Accurately record data and provide reports and a monitoring service
- Plan and prepare for meetings and events
