We are hiring for a Casual Banqueting Associate (Cloakroom)

Located within the iconic Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair, our Banqueting team is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences across a diverse range of events, including weddings, conferences, meetings, gala dinners and private celebrations. Your day to day
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with cloakroom services and provide professional, attentive support throughout meetings, events and special functions.
- Assist with the setup, service and breakdown of banqueting events, ensuring function rooms are prepared in accordance with event requirements and brand standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while delivering a high standard of hospitality and guest care.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate needs and work to ensure a seamless and memorable event experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of cloakroom, event and service areas throughout each shift.
- Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements and special requests to the appropriate teams to support smooth event delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure events operate efficiently and guests receive exceptional service.
- Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures at all times.
Supporting our wider Food & Beverage operation
While primarily based in Banqueting, team members may also have opportunities to support other Food & Beverage outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This provides valuable exposure to a variety of service styles, guest experiences and luxury hospitality environments, helping you develop your skills within one of London's most prestigious hotels.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high-end and discerning international clientele.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

One to two years of experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, F&B, or high-end guest service environment is highly desirable.
