As a Banqueting Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service at a variety of events. Whether setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, or ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their event, you will bring warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every interaction.

Supporting our wider Food & Beverage operation
While primarily based in Banqueting, team members may also have opportunities to support other Food & Beverage outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. This provides valuable exposure to a variety of service styles, guest experiences, and luxury hospitality environments, helping you develop your skills within one of London's most prestigious hotels.
